About Metrol Springs Ltd.

Founded in 1984, Metrol Springs has become a substantial employer in its home town of Northampton. The region continues to rate very highly in engineering excellence with prestigious companies such as Cosworth, Ilmor and Timken in the area.

We are proud that many of our production and design staff have graduated through the ranks of these prestigious companies. This valuable experience, our staff have gained, is expertly used in producing probably the best stand-alone gas springs in the world.

Our investment in advanced technology is endless. Using modern CNC Machinery linked direct to our design department by the latest CAD/CAM systems, production times are kept to a minimum.

Metrol Springs production of Nitro-Springs is monitored by a very strict Quality Control system relying heavily on CFM (Continuous Flow Manufacturing) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) systems.
