The courses are PED certificated, ensuring that your toolmakers are trained to the latest gas spring safety regulations for the operation and maintenance of gas springs, which come under the PED97/23/EC standards. Upon successful completion of the course a certificate of competency will be issued.

Metrol Springs offer two training courses to reflect the different roles people have whilst using gas springs in the press shop environment.

Part 1

Is designed for any person who handles gas springs or is involved with the charging and degassing of springs. This is ideal for press shop personnel or toolmakers in smaller press shops.
