Sole European Distributor for Tohatsu Die Springs

Metrol Springs is delighted to announce it's appointment as sole European distributor for Tohatsu Die Springs. Massive stocks are now held here in Northampton ready for same day despatch or collection.

Tohatsu, Japan's premier producer of die springs, has been working closely with Metrol on the development of its new ISO 10243 range. The springs have been designed and produced utilising new, innovative material sections.The springs are also double shot peened, this process we believe is unique to Tohatsu. These techniques enable very stable load characteristics and extreme life expectancy. Independent testing has shown Tohatsu ISO outlast the opposition by a factor of at least five, in some instances a ten fold increase was recorded. (Test data available upon request).

Tohatsu have been manufacturing die springs since 1924 and currently supply some of Japan's biggest OEMs, Nissan, Honda, Mitsubishi and Fuji Heavy Industries to name but a few.

We are confident that by specyfying Tohatsu ISO die springs, significant savings can be made on both initial tool build budget, and regular production maintenence.
