Mini Nitro Springs

We have introduced a mini range of Nitro Springs. They are designed to be direct replacements for expensive die springs especially where space is at a premium and high forces are required. The mini Nitro Springs come in 19, 25, 32 and 38 mm diameters and the force can be set to four standard pressures or if preferred the customer can specify what pressure they wish to have the springs set to.

Mini-Nitro-Springs are designed to fit in the smallest of tools or act as a direct replacement for standard coil springs in problematic dies. Their compact design is of great benefit to tool designers.
