To install the bed gas struts, simply bolt the long bottom bar to the rail on the bed’s frame. Then bolt the top corner of the bracket underneath the mattress platform. Since the strut is already attached, you do not need to do anything to it. Follow these steps to attach the other side, ensuring you test the brackets by lifting and closing the platform before putting the mattress back on.
