How to install drawer slides?
When installing drawer slides, ensure they are parallel to each other and have adequate side space. Side space is the amount room between the cabinet and the drawer – it should always be bigger than the slides width.
To make installation easier, pre-drill the panels before hand. Loosely screw the outer member 2mm back from the cabinets front edge and the inner member 2mm back from the drawer’s front edge.
Once happy with the position, securely tighten all screws.

How do I know which Accuride drawer slide I need?
To find the perfect slide, simply answer these questions.
1. How much weight does your slide need to hold? Is it a light (up to 50Kg), medium (51-99Kg), or heavy (100kg+) duty application?
2. Choose the feature you require. This may be self closing, hold out, touch release, or easy close.
3. Select your required finish – decide whether your application needs to be corrosion resistant or not.
4. Work your way through the filters on the left. Choose your height range, thickness range, travel lengths, and any other features important to your application.
Understanding Accuride slide names
Accuride part codes have prefix and suffix letters in them that identify their finishes and features. Below is a guide to helping you determine what these letters mean.
Prefix letters:
DZ – electro zinc plate and blue passivate
DB – electro zinc plate and black passivate
DW – white
DH – corrosion resistant (up to 96 hours)
DS – stainless steel
DA – aluminium
DP – corrosion resistant (up to 500 hours)
Suffix letters:
SC – self close
HDSC – heavy duty self close
DO – hold out
TR – touch release
HDTR – heavy duty touch release EC – easy close
