How do I return an item?

What is Metrol’s return policy?
We are happy to return or exchange your goods within 14 days of it being delivered. Please read our customer returns page for criteria requirements.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, up until the point that it gets picked up by the courier. Please call our sales team as soon as possible on +44(0)1604 499 332 if you wish to change the address.
When will my order ship?
We aim to send out all standard shipping orders, placed before 1pm, by the next working day.
Do Metrol offer express delivery?
Yes, if you place your order before 1pm, you can expect to receive the goods by 12:00pm the next working day with our express shipping service.
Do Metrol ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Please contact us and we will provide you with a quote for shipping to your country.
How long does it take to receive my refund after returning an item?
It can take up to 14 working days to receive your refund, to the original payment method, once you have returned the goods.
