Metrol’s Team Building Event

At Metrol, we strongly believe that success is not only built through the work we do, but also through the moments we have when we aren’t in the office! Because of this, we hosted a team building day to give everyone a chance to relax, and spend some time with one another.

We partook in a team building day which consisted of each team cooking a dish inspired by their allocated country, a Metrol themed murder mystery, and a pub quiz! One of the highlights of the day was seeing how much thought and effort everyone put into their chosen meal.

The Metrol murder mystery was a great way for different departments to collaborate with each other, from problem-solving to communicating with people you don’t always get the chance to speak to.

This was a great opportunity for all of us to catch up and spend some much-needed time in the sun, socialising with one another. It was amazing to see everybody take part and this was our highest turnout for a Metrol company event.

We are proud to call the day a huge success and we look forward to many more to come, with our next one already in the works!
